To some, this post may seem a little last minute. But if you’re anything like, you’re still very much buying Christmas decorations almost daily! To be honest, you’ll probably find me on Christmas Eve, still decorating. This Christmas is so special because it’s our first Christmas as a family in our new home, so I’ve very much been looking forward to decorating this year!
Because this is our first house, we obviously have not accumulated much, if not any, Christmas decorations so we’ve really had to start from scratch. We haven’t gotten quite as much yet as I wanted, but I figured I’d share some of my favorite bits that I’ve found far!
Wanted to share this personalised wreath (c/o) first because I am honestly so in love with it. It’s from a lovely company called Gorgeous Little Bits, who specialise in personalised gifts and keepsakes. This is the large wreath, which is 28x28cm, which makes it the perfect size to hang on your door, or any wall. There is also a mini wreath that would look gorgeous on the Christmas tree (and make a great gift for a new homeowner, for example!). Gorgeous Little Bits does other Christmas items, like personalised wooden name tags, and loads of other keepsakes! Everything can be personalised however you want.
My Star Tree Topper was an absolute steal on Amazon and lights up!
I got these stockings last year, and finished them off with these personalised stocking tags that I bought from PeppermintFizz on Etsy. Honestly Etsy is the best place for Christmas decorations! (Note: PeppermintFizz has closed for the holidays so are not dispatching orders at the moment!). Got the LED candles from The Range!
Red Bauble (Comes in a 4 pack!) / Green Bauble / Snowflake Ornaments
These snowflake window clings are another great Amazon find – almost 500 in the pack! They’ve kept Aidan entertained so many times over the past few weeks! They’re a great way to get little ones involved in the holiday decorating.
Gingerbread sign – my local garden centre / Chef Nutcracker
