I have been suffering with low energy a lot since having Aidan, so I was keen to try their Uber Energy formula as well. It contains B Vitamins, Vitamin B12, Choline, Biotin and Folic Acid. These are meant to help boost your energy levels and fight fatigue. And I have to say, fatigue is something I battle with every day. I have an energetic toddler that I need to chase around while working from home. I love my coffee, but it’s no miracle worker!
The instructions say to take them with food, so I take them after I’ve had my breakfast. They are quite large, and do have a bit of a taste to them, but I just quickly wash them down with orange juice to avoid the aftertaste. I have gotten on rather well with these, I must say! I wouldn’t say they’ve improved my energy massively yet, as I’ve only been taking them for about a month or so. But I have noticed an improvement in terms of energy and less fatigue! Overall I feel a bit better physically since taking all of these; I don’t have as much brain fog during the day either so that’s a plus!
