If there is one staple item that you need for changing your baby it’s…okay, well obviously it’s nappies. But the OTHER staple you need? A good changing mat! CuddleCo kindly sent me a gorgeous changing mat, and it’s given the changing station a nice little uplift!
Now, a little bit about the brand, CuddleCo. A British-based company, they make loads of great products for babies. They started off creating their award-winning Comfi-Cush Stroller Liner, and have gone on to create amazing nursery furniture, mattresses and more.
I picked the Green Geo Changing Mat, and it’s such a lovely design. It’s a very light green colour, making it perfect for any nursery, especially if you’re going down the gender neutral route. I think it stands in great contrast against the light colours of the walls and dresser, don’t you think?
When purchasing a changing mat, you want to make sure that you pick one of good quality because your baby is going to be laying on it. This one is made of Pthalate-free PVC, making it gentle against baby’s delicate skin. It’s very soft and padded, making it super comfy for baby as well!
The best part, and I think the most important thing about it, is that it is completely waterproof. Any mess or leaks are easily wiped off. It makes changes so easy; well, as easy as they can get when your baby is trying to roll all over the place! If you don’t have a changing station, don’t worry about that. It’s so lightweight you can just take it with you from room to room if need be.
