I honestly love everything about autumn. I love the changing colour of the leaves, rainy days, autumn decor, Thanksgiving and pumpkin spice lattes. Call me basic, and I will wear that title with a badge of honor. I just love the cozy feeling that this time of year gives you, with the temperatures dropping in the lead up until Christmas (yes, I said the “c” word!). Fewer things make me happier than lighting up a candle on a dark and dreary day, cozied up in a warm sweater with a hot cup of coffee. Village Wax Melts have gifted me the ultimate bundle from their autumn scent line and I am happy to report that it literally smells like an autumn wonderland in my house.
Village Wax Melts autumn scents includes gorgeous scents like Tobacco and Vanilla, Autumn Leaves, and Caramel Vanilla Latte to name just a few. They’re the types of scents that are warm and inviting, perfect for this time of year. Every single scent is incredibly, but my favorite is without a doubt Pumpkin Spice. It’s an absolutely rich scent, and a staple for autumn. When burning these wax melts, my entire house was filled with the delicious scent. I could definitely tell immediately that they were such good quality, as well. The scents are strong, but not too overpowering. Even when I’m not burning them, you can still smell them!
It’s said that the sense of smell is the sense most closely linked to memory. Autumn scents like their Pumpkin Spice and Toasted Marshmallow bring back fond memories from my past. All I have to do is close my eyes and I’m transported back to my mom’s house growing up, or Thanksgivings with my whole family. They definitely leave you with that warm and fuzzy feeling – if I could describe the entire autumn line in one word, it would probably be “nostalgia”.
Village Wax Melts has doubled down on the Pumpkin Spice trend and even created a candle with the signature scent. I literally love this candle to the point that I was practically waxing lyrical about it on Instagram the other day, simultaneously threatening to throw every other candle in my house out. I’ve smelled a lot of Pumpkin Spice candles…like, A LOT. And this is without a doubt my favorite one by far. This luxury candle also has a wood wick, which crackles like a fire while burning. If that doesn’t scream “cozy” then I really don’t know what does.
One thing I wasn’t aware of was that Village Wax Melts was all of the different products they make besides wax melts. They also make bath bombs, room sprays, and even exfoliating soap sponges. They are completely liquid free, and last up to four weeks. After the soap has been used up, you can continue using the actual sponge itself for cleaning, making them a great sustainable product! I was sent the Pumpkin Spice Soap Sponge, which smells absolutely delicious. Lately, I’ve been noticing these little bumps on my arms but since I started using this sponge they actually cleared up! My skin feels (and smells!) absolutely incredible. It’s such a lovely little treat, and a great gift idea too!
I’m seriously so in love with the entire range, and am quickly burning through my stash. I’ll definitely need to be placing an order for wax melts soon at this rate!

Fall scents are my favorite! I love making my home smell good and comforting (something my mom did and now I aim to do); their packaging is so cute and I love the idea of soap sponges! Dove came out with one years ago that I loved! I didn’t have to worry about liquid body wash when I traveled! And it smelled amazing. I may have to try the one you mentioned!
